i had my last drumming lesson today ): i did normal stuff from the book, which is quite a good way to end drumming lessons lah huh. it's much better than learning to play bad 80's music anyway. i got my teacher to fill up the nyaa thingo and he was so cute, heh. urgh, i swear i'm gonna miss drumming more than anything. i hope i'll be able to sneak into the guitar room in school to play on the drumset there hohoho!

the stars from the past two nights have been pretty awesome. it made me think of chiang rai. miss tan asked me just the other day if i wanted to go for this year's trip. i said yes, but i don't really know if i want to. i love the place, the weather, the food, the people and most of all, the stars but :/ i guess i'll see who else is going first before making any decisions.

outing with the shooters after chinese new year celebrations in school today was like HAHAHA. lunch at new york new york was extremely sinful; i blame it on olivia pan. left them early for dental and after dental, my dad dropped me at island creamery so that i could go get my pineapple tart ice cream, hee.

oh i spent my 2nd-last drumming lesson learning to play johnny hates jazz. bah!

and i think i'll spend chinese new year playing guitar hero.

quick update.

one, enemy finally bought guitar hero world tour! there are quite a few nice songs, which makes me very happy (: but i kinda suck at it, even on the drums HAHAHA.

two, i'm in love with island creamery's pineapple tart-flavoured ice cream!

three, i don't know my results of yesterday's shoot ):

four, jason castro's brother is in this season's american idol HAHAHA. i'm rooting for castro, again.

five, man u is on top of the epl table now. EEEEWWW MAN EEEEWWWWWW!

AAAHHHH I'M GOING FOR JASON MRAZ!

an hour before i found out from enemy that we were going for jason mraz, i was in english class writing a descriptive essay about a scene where ten thousand people were waiting for an important event to start. and my important event was a u2 concert. HAHAHAHAHA. how awesome, it's like i can predict the future or something.

i can't believe this is finally happening! because i remember being in p6 (or was it sec 1?), and finding out that jason mraz was performing for mosaic and being damn upset about it because i never thought i'd ever be able to go for concerts. and then last year, after weeks of serious contemplation, we finally decided to go for singfest but the tickets were sold out that same day. and now i'm finally going to catch jason mraz live! I LOVE JASON MRAZ (: i'm hoping that he'll change up his songs and do super cool stuff and add in sweeter lyrics HAHA.

we had our 1st shooting training in one a half months today and my shots were pretty damn good. it was only 30 shots though, so i shouldn't be saying anything. i'm predicting that having good shots today will get into my head and i'll get all complacent about it and then screw up in this saturday's shoot. oh well.

can i just say that i'm damn pissed with the whole shooting situation? they're shifting the competition to late march/early april and the shooting ranges became super kanchiong. they're making us train 3 times a week and we're given specific timeslots and lanes, so it's all up to the school to book & pay 2 weeks before each training session. so if we book late, or we book and people suddenly don't turn up, then it's just too bad for the school. urgh, it's so shit! why did the shooting range suddenly turn so strict and unfriendly huh! and even though the competition is in march/april, we still have 2 weeks of intensive training during the june hols. it's damn shit, i tell you. and the poor sec 2's hafta go find new ccas and still show up for trainings to try to get into nyt.

training starts tomorrow. which means that i can't go for the ac open house ): and we hafta take part in this saturday's monthly shoot after only 3 training sessions in one and a half months. which means that we're gonna die and that we can't crash sec 1 orientation ):

there's a chem test on metals tomorrow and i kinda gave up studying cos i couldn't absorb a thing. why would anyone want to major in chem, huh?!

anyway, miss mara & miss puja are neighbours, how cool! i think the school should steal miss mara from sji for one day and drag her along to the self-awareness camp with us so that our class will bond more.

i had my 3rd last drumming class on thursday and i learnt boulevard of broken dreams even though i already learnt wake me up when september ends. greenday songs are fun to play (even though greenday is so p6!) but i'm so sad, because it's probably the last song i'll ever learn to play. and that sucks because it means that my dreams of being able to play songs by the beatles' are completely shattered ):

a few of us went down for the cj open house after school on friday and we were extremely out of place with our uniforms and our schoolbooks. but it was fun anyway, even with the lack of cute boys. i think we all fell in love with the breeze we felt from the stands next to the track.

yesterday's flag day was probably the last flag day i'll ever do. and i broke my tradition of doing flag days outside wheelock because we left school late and by the time we got there, the place was filled with scgs & st marg's girls. so we went to novena in the end. sad!

lunch with the junior cats at mcdonalds today sucked. chelsea pangseh-ed me and the 1st cheeseburger i ordered in forever, had onions and pickles in it even though i asked for none.

man u & chelsea are clashing tonight, hohoho! i hope they kill each other off so that liverpool automatically wins the epl title.

i miss cat. class! PA feels weird cos i don't know anyone ): and i can't stare at my hot guy anymore HAHAHA. i only get small glimpses of his awesome curly hair. aye, i probably need to get new eyecandy.

it kinda sucks that shooting isn't recruiting new members. i say we shooters should go crash sec 1 orientation anyway!

okay, y'know what, i'm gonna add a 2nd new year's resolution too. and hahaha, i doubt this will ever happen, but i'm gonna try to stop being such a pessimist (:

HAPPY NEW YEAR.

for the first time ever, i'm making myself a new year's resolution which is, drumroll please, to manage my time better. i'm probably the person with the worst time management on earth and urgh, i need to get better at it so that there's the slightest chance that i might get okay, if not excellent results for the o's.

AAAHHHH i'll be a sec 4 student in less than 14 hours.
